Who knew putting a stack of dollar bills to your head would be such a dividing factor in the culture? It appears you can add  Drake  to the list of younger rappers who have directly or indirectly responded to  JAY-Z’s  downing of the money phone. Drizzy has been getting it in in Houston for his annual Houston Appreciation Weekend event. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) totally and vehemently rejects contemplations by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to accommodate the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the general elections in Rivers state.
